Ukrainian Accordionist, Volodymyr Vasylenko is to perform with the Kennet Accordion Orchestra in a special charity concert in Winchester to raise funds for the DEC Ukraine Appeal.
The free concert takes place between 3 and 5 pm on Saturday 18th November at United Church on Jewry Street. Following the concert, there will be a retiring collection for the charity appeal.
Volodymyr Vasylenko has made several appearances in Winchester since he moved to the city with his family. You can read more about his first appearance, at the Salvation Army Hall, here. He has also performed at the University of Winchester. This is his first appearance in the city with a full accordion orchestra.
The Kennet Accordion Orchestra, based in Hungerford, Berkshire has been established for over thirty years, comprising enthusiastic accordionists from the surrounding areas.
There is no need to book for this concert as there is free entry on the door.
