Who are we?

Churches Together in Winchester is part of the nation Churches Together network in England.

Churches Together was introduced as a new ecumenical structure in 1990 but Churches in England have been working together in this way since the mid 19th Century.

In Winchester, Churches Together is chaired by Tim Searle who is the minister at United Church.

Alongside Tim is a team which enables the network to operate and a group of Champions who work in specific ministry areas.

Churches Together is also supported by nearly every Church in the city.  We regularly gather with the leaders of these churches and hold Open meetings and gatherings throughout the year.
